The story behind Ruby's kombucha

 

It happened by a very fortunate accident. We came across kombucha and were intrigued to try it - as avid tea drinkers a refreshing drink based on tea, full of flavour, and goodness (priobiotic, envymes, organic acids, nutrients, etc.) sounded too good to be true. But it wasn't and we were sold on the idea. But there was a problem!

 

That problem - there wasn't a truly great tasting kombucha being brewed in the UK. We decided to change that and we put our test pilot to work to find the optimum brew that delivered a refreshing punch. We spent hours experimenting until we got our flavours just right.

 

Only once we knew we could deliver a healthy and tasty kombucha, time after time, did we introduce ourselves to the public.

 

We take pride in everything single thing we do - in each and every detail. That's the only way we can put our name on our kombucha. And we are proudly british and strive to provide premium quality kombucha throughout the UK.
